When is Natsukashii Con?
The convention is August 30th - September 1st 2024. See the following picture for hours.
Your badge is your entry ticket into Natsukashii Con! Once you receive your badge you must keep it on your person at all times while in the Convention space. Badges will be checked at each entrance and if you do not have your badge you will be turned away at the door.
WHERE DO I GET A BADGE?
If you purchased your ticket online at the Ticket Tailer page then you will need to locate the Pre-Registration area. Please follow the Pre-Registration Instructions below to get your badge.
Pre-Registration is open until the start of the convention. If you want to Pre-register please go to our Eventbrite.
If you are arriving on-site and wish to purchase your badge at the door please follow the On-Site Registration Instructions below to receive your badge.
All staff, volunteers, panelists, vendors, artists and guests have separate instructions. This section is only for attendees. Please refer to your agents or Natsukashii Con staff for your instructions.
PRE-REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Once on-site follow the map above and the signs at the Convention to the Expo Hall. Once at the Expo Hall go to the designated Pre-Registration Desk/Line.
Please be aware that in order to pick up your tickets we will need to identify you. You must bring some form of identification (ID) in order to receive your badge. Acceptable forms of ID include the various types of government-issued ID (Driver’s License, Military ID, Government ID, etc). If you are a minor you may bring a school ID or a guardian must present their ID. In order to pick up your badge, the name on your ID needs to match the name used during registration. If it does not match we cannot hand over a badge without prior consent from the badge owner. We also recommend having the Ticket Tailor confirmation/code easily accessible as it will then be a much faster process to locate your ticket.
Once you have made it to the Pre-Registration desk we will check your ID and Ticket Tailor confirmation and we will hand over your badge(s)!
